Apply for an Internship

In North America, 80% of churches have plateaued or are declining, 16% of churches are growing,  4% of churches are reproducing, and only 2% of those churches are reproducing on purpose. This goes to show that the church in America is highly ineffective at the one thing Jesus has called it to do.

In light of this, we here at Crosspoint believe we have the responsibility to develop and multiply leaders at every level to ensure that the future church has Godly leaders committed to the Great Commission.  One of the ways we accomplish this is through our Crosspoint Internship Program.  Internships offer individuals who are considering the possibility of full-time ministry the opportunity to lean into God, learn from our Staff and develop leadership skills.

We have two types of Internships:

Summer Internships

Our summer interns earn credit for college and learn valuable ministry experience in the process. Interns typically work around 20 hours a week depending on requirements for school credit. Application deadline for summer internship is May 11, 2020

Year long Internships

Our Interns work 20 hours a week for ten months and receive practical ministry experience. At the end of our Internship, each has a greater understanding of what it looks like to lead a ministry, lead a team and the importance of equipping others to do Kingdom work. We believe your time here will bring greater clarity to the way that God is calling you to build His Church and make His name known. Application deadline for year long internship is December 15, 2019.
