INTERNSHIPS

At Crosspoint, we believe we have the responsibility to prepare and send out future leaders of the Church to bring the good news of the Gospel to our community and world. Our internships give individuals  the opportunity to learn and develop leadership skills, and gain real-world ministry experience.

Our interns work 20 hours a week for 11 months and receive practical ministry experience to prepare and equip them for ministry. At the end of the internship, each individual has a greater understanding of what it looks like to invest intentionally in individuals, lead a team and lead a ministry. We believe your time here will bring greater clarity to the way that God is calling you to build His Church and make His name known.
